Day 1: Fly to Kigali via Nairobi (N)

Day 2: Volcanoes National Park

Arrive in Kigali and meet your driver-guide. Drive to Volcanoes National Park and stay 3 nights at  Lodge.Afternoon at leisure. (D)

Day 3: Volcanoes National Park

Go gorilla tracking in the morning. Afternoon optional visit to Iby’iwacu cultural village, an expoacher’s village showcasing traditional Rwandan life. (B, L, D)

Day 4: Volcanoes National Park

Morning trek into the national park in search of your allocated habituated family group of golden monkeys. (B, L, D)

Day 5: Fly home via Nairobi

Return to Kigali in time for lunch. Optional visit to the Genocide Museum and some of the city’s colourful craft markets. Fly home overnight, via Nairobi. (B)

Day 6: Arrive home (N)
