Group tours

• Navigate to the tour you are interested in
• Select the tour variation you require – eg Superior Group
  
• Select the ‘Destination’ tab
  
• Select the tour you are interested in and contact us for booking it.
  

Alternatively, please call  to speak to a Nova Travel specialist. They will be happy to help you make a booking over the phone.



Private travel

All the services required for private travel arrangements are requested by Nova Travel once a completed booking form has been received. 

Step 1: Make an enquiry by Call or Email
Prior to making a booking, it is important that you contact our reservations department, so that our tour consultants are able to:

• Advise you about any departure date restrictions (eg relating to flight schedules)
• Discuss any amendments or additions you might like to make to your holiday
  
• Note any special requests you may have
  
• Go through other important information relating to your chosen holiday
  

Step 2: Complete the booking form received to you by a Nova Travel tour consultant.
Following your conversation with the Nova Travel tour consultant, they will send you a link to an online booking form. This will be pre-filled with your details and include a booking reference. Please complete and confirm the details online, and agree to our booking conditions.

Step 3: Pay your deposit
For a reservation to be valid, you will need to include a deposit payment. This is 15% of the total holiday cost. If you are booking within eight weeks of departure you will need to send full payment at the time of booking. 

To make your payment, you can either do this as part of the process of completing and confirming your personalised online booking form, or call your tour consultant after completing the online booking form to make payment over the phone. Alternatively, if you prefer to send a paper booking form, you can also send the deposit by cheque.

Step 4: Confirmation
On receipt of your booking form, Nova Travel will request the various services that will make up your holiday and send you a confirmation invoice with instructions on how to pay the remaining balance.

If any of the services requested are unavailable, you will be contacted by your tour consultant to discuss suitable alternatives.


Organising visas for travel

If you require further information about obtaining a visa, Nova Travel can recommend a reputable visa assistance company who can help with your application. Please contact your tour consultant for details. 

Neither Nova Travel nor any visa assistance company can guarantee the granting of any visas, as this is a matter outside of their control. If a visa is not granted through no fault of Nova Travel or any visa assistance company, neither will accept any liability for the consequences. Therefore Nova Travel reserves the right to pass on to you any costs incurred as a result, including cancellation charges.


Organising travel insurance
