Day 1 
Arrive Warsaw
 
Warsaw is a city of bright lights, fascinating alley-ways, exciting night-life and multitudes of cultural events; not forgetting monumental socialist realism, ubiquitous history and abundant greenery. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel. Later, enjoy the city tour, which includes all the ‘must see’ monuments and sights; Lazienki Park, Theatre Square with Grand Opera and former Town Hall buildings, as well as Belvedere Palace and the Ghetto Memorial. Drive through the most famous and elegant avenues, Nowy Swiat and Krakowskie Przedmiescie. See the Presidential Palace, the University of Warsaw, Holy Cross Church with Chopin’s heart and Copernicus Statue. Later, also see the Old Town, St. John’s Cathedral with its magnificent Gothic interiors, St. Ann’s Church and the Castle Square, with the Column of King Sigismund III Vasa. You can also explore the Old Town Market Square and the City Walls.

Day 2 
Warsaw – Krakow (4 hrs) 

In the morning, drive towards Krakow, royal capital for 500 years. This city absorbed much history and talent over the centuries and is, today, a treasure trove of Gothic and Renaissance architecture. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Later, drive around the city and see the Market Square, the Jewish Quarter, St. Mary’s Church and Wawel Cathedral.

Day 3 
Krakow 

Visit Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial Museum near the town of Oswiecim. In 1940, the Auschwitz and Birkenau camps were set up for prisoners from Poland. 1941 onwards, the Nazis imprisoned people from all countries occupied by the Third Reich. From 1942, it became one of the biggest concentration camps for European Jews. After the war ended, this place was established by the Polish government as the Auschwitz- Birkenau Memorial Museum. Since then, it is visited by millions of people from all over the world. In 1979, in recognition of its historical significance as a memorial to all who suffered and died here, this site was included in UNESCO’s World Cultural Heritage list.

Day 4 
Krakow – Prague (5.5 hrs)
 
Post breakfast, drive to Prague. Situated on River Vltava in Central Bohemia, Prague has been the political, cultural and economic centre of the Czech state, for more than 1100 years. Since 1992, the extensive historic centre of Prague has been included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage sites. According to the Guinness Book of World Records, Prague Castle is the largest ancient
castle in the world. On arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. Later, proceed for a cruise on Vltava River and listen to live music aboard, while enjoying Prague’s monuments from a different perspective! You will see Prague Castle with St. Vitus Cathedral, Charles Bridge, the National Theater, Old Castle Vysehrad and other important sights.

Day 5 
Prague 

In the morning, enjoy a panoramic tour, which shows Prague as the historic and architectural jewel of Central Europe. Visit Prague Castle and see the interior of St. Vitus Cathedral, which is situated entirely within the castle. Then, see the Jewish quarter and go through Old Town Square to reach Wenceslas Square. Overnight in Prague. (B) 


Day 6 
Prague
 
Drive through picturesque, West Bohemian countryside to the spa town of Karlovy Vary. This world-famous spa town is renowned through centuries for its twelve medicinal mineral springs, which you will get the chance to taste! The best known is the Vridlo Geyser, which shoots its curative waters to a height of 12 m! In Karlovy Vary, you will find historical and modern colonnades. You will admire the locally manufactured Moser glass and Thun porcelain. We recommend you taste the delicious local wafers and traditional Becherovka liqueur, made of herbs.

Day 7 

Prague – Vienna (4 hrs) 

Drive to Vienna, capital of Austria. The city has a very convenient layout. The Stephansplatz is a square in the Old Town or City Center, which is at the geographical centre of Vienna. It is named after its most prominent building, the Stephansdom, Vienna’s cathedral and one of the tallest churches in the world. It is encircled by the Ringstrasse (Ring Road), a grand boulevard, constructed along the old city walls, which were torn down at the end of the 19th century. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. You can attend a musical concert at the Schonbrunn Palace.

Day 8 
Vienna 

In the morning, take the city tour and see the most important sights of the Austrian capital. As you drive round the famous Ringstrasse, Vienna’s main boulevard, you will see the State Opera, the Museums of Fine Art and Natural History, the Parliament building, the Burgtheater (National
Theatre), the City Hall and the University. The highlight of this tour is the visit to Schonbrunn Palace, where you will see some magnificently decorated rooms. On your way back, visit Belvedere Palace in the heart of Vienna, which was the Baroque summer residence of the renowned general and art connoisseur, Prince Eugene. In the Upper Belvedere, you will find the world’s largest Gustav Klimt collection, with the famous golden pictures, The Kiss and Judith, a must for Klimt fans. In this magnificent palace, you can see Austrian art, from the Middle Ages to Gustav Klimt and Egon Schiele. In the evening, you can visit the Prater area and enjoy a ride on the giant Ferris wheel, for a panoramic view of the city.

Day 9 
Vienna – Budapest (2.5 hrs) 

Post breakfast, you will be driven to Budapest on the banks of the Danube, widely regarded as one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. Its World Heritage Sites include the banks of the Danube, the Buda Castle Quarter, Andrássy Avenue and the Millennium Underground Railway, the first in Europe. The city is rich in traditions and culture and has a mesmerizing effect on the visitor! On arrival, check in to the hotel. Your evening is at leisure and you may explore the city on your own.

Day 10 
Budapest 

Go on a city tour that takes you to all the major sights. You will visit the Royal Castle and Heroes’ Square. Drive past the Parliament building, before crossing the Danube on Margaret Bridge. Drive to the Royal Castle on the Buda side of the city. Here, you will have some time to yourself, to visit the Fishermen’s Bastion, which offers stunning views of the city and Mathias Church. Continue to Gellert Hill, before crossing Elisabeth Bridge, from where you will drive towards Heroes’ Square. You can spend an enjoyable evening in a traditional restaurant. After an aperitif, you will be served a three-course meal with wine, accompanied by a varied folkloric show. On your return to Budapest, enjoy a marvelous view of the illuminated city from the Citadel.

Day 11 
Depart Budapest 

After breakfast, you will be transferred to Budapest airport, for your flight back home or onward destination. (B)
