Day 4: Machu Picchu • Cuzco

Take a full-day trip by train to the magnificent site of Machu Picchu. (An overnight can also be arranged). Take the train back to Cuzco. (B, L)

Day 5: Cuzco

Guided city tour of this charming city. (B)

Day 6: Puno

Take a scenic bus journey across the altiplano to Puno for an overnight stay. (B, L)

Day 7: Lake Titicaca

Travel by hydrofoil across Lake Titicaca into Bolivia. Stay overnight on picturesque Sun Island, a sacred place of the Incas. (B, L, D)

Day 8: La Paz

Visit the Inca staircase and have lunch in a local restaurant on Lake Titicaca. Travel by road to La Paz for a 2-night stay. (B, L)

Day 9: La Paz

Explore the city, the Witches Market and Moon Valley. Optional visit to the Tiwanaku ruins. (B)

Days 10-11: Fly to Lima

Fly to Lima and stay 2 nights. Explore the city’s colonial heritage. (B)
